Con semanas de la moda casi 100% dedicadas a las mujeres, Londres ha creado un evento para presentar exclusivamente colecciones para hombres. El 15 de junio, el Príncipe Carlos inauguró Men's Fashion Week con una elegante cena en el palacio de St. James, en donde editores de moda y diseñadores como Christopher Bailey de Burberry, Tom Ford, y Vivienne Westwood, dieron inicio a este innovador intento por subir subir de nivel las plataformas dedicadas a la moda para hombres. Aunque en esta primera edición no se presentarán colecciones de muchos de los grandes diseñadores, es una buena oportunidad para identificar talentos emergentes. With Fashion Week dedicated almost 100% to women, London has created an event to present exclusively collections for men. On June 15th, Prince Charles kicked off Men's Fashion Week by throwing a fancy dinner at St. James's Palace, where fashion editors and designers such as Christopher Bailey of Burberry, Tom Ford and Vivienne Westwood, welcomed this innovative attempt to increase the exposure of men-dedicated design. Although some of the big designers will not present their collections just yet, it will be a great opportunity to identify emerging talents. Below, some streetstyle photos by Tommy Ton.
