#NYFW: Day 3

On Day 3 my alarm went off at 6:00 am. By 7:30 am I was already at the Lacoste backstage. After that I went to the Marissa Web backstage and then went for a walk at Central Park to see the snow-covered landscape and take some photos. In the afternoon I went to the Herve Leger and Mara Hoffman runways - both presented really interesting proposals. On one side, Mara Hoffman presented impeccable tribal designs and, on the other, Hervé Leger gave an interesting spin to the traditional fabrics and figures that characterize the brand. I loved how he combined dresses and pants all in one. Hervé Leger also presented a couple of really cool wool hats and coats with huge Eskimo hats, which looked awesome. Everything contrasted perfectly with the breaded embroidery and brocade. Enjoy the photos! BTW, my necklace is PAAR. - Ari.

En el tercer día de Fashion Week, mi despertador sonó a las 6 de la mañana. A las 7:30 am ya estaba en la carpa de Lincoln Center en el backstage de Lacoste. De ahí me fuí al backstage de Marissa Web y saliendo aproveché para ir a Central Park a ver la capa de nieve que dejó la tormenta de la noche anterior y tomarme algunas fotos. En la tarde tuve el desfile de Hervé Leger y Mara Hoffman, ambos muy diferentes pero con increíbles propuestas. Mara Hoffman presentó diseños tribales impecables y Hervé Leger presentó piezas con su estilo clásico pero agregando fajas innovadoras. Me encantó que haya jugado con los cortes y haya incluído vestidos/pantalón. Presentó también unas gorritas de lana súper cool y unas chamarras con gorros enormes de esquimal increíbles, todo haciendo contraste a la perfección con bordados de pedrería y brocados.
