Marine Polo was born and raised in Switzerland and, although she looks really Swiss, her parents are from Italy and Spain. As you can tell by her name, she is a direct descendant of Marco Polo, one of the greatest explorers of all times. Her genes have led her to become a great traveler herself and a lover of all cultures, languages and lifestyles. Whenever she has the opportunity, she packs a bag and travels somewhere new. She thinks that "travelling is the best way to get a sense of real life". For now she has decided to stay put for a while and study in Switzerland. She started to study art and film history, as well as photography, German, English and Spanish. She rarely misses an art exhibition or a good movie. Her love for art also motivated her to study law. Her relation to fashion started very early: she always liked to dress-up, first with her mom's clothes and then with her older sister's. She also likes to mix prints, wear some high heels and try to reflect what she is thinking trough an outfit. Marine believes that the outfit you choose in the morning is pretty much the armor for the day ahead, this is why choosing clothes in the morning is one of her favorite parts of the day. As a student she prefers casual outfits, but when she goes out she usually chooses something more classy. She also loves to add original pieces to an outfit, this is why she always brings back with her cool items from all her trips abroad. Marine thinks "fashion brings a bit of spark to our lives".

Marine Polo nació y creció en Suiza y, aunque físicamente parece suiza, sus padres son de Italia y España. Como bien lo indica su nombre, Marina es descendiente directa del gran explorador Marco Polo, lo cual seguramente explica su adicción a viajar y conocer culturas y estilos de vida distintos. Cuando tiene la oportunidad, empaca una maleta y viaja a algún lugar nuevo. Marina cree que "viajar es la mejor manera de tener una idea de lo que es la vida real". Por ahora ha decidido quedarse en Suiza un tiempo y estudiar historia del arte y del cine, así como fotografía, Alemán, Inglés y Español. Casi nunca se pierde una exposición de arte o una buena película. Su amor por el arte también la motivó a estudiar derecho y busca aplicar sus conocimientos a nivel internacional. Su relación con la moda comenzó desde chica, cuando se disfrazaba con la ropa de su mamá y de su hermana mayor. También le gusta mezclar estampados, ponerse tacones altos y tratar de reflejar lo que está pensando a través de un look. Marina cree que el look que elegimos en la mañana se convertirá en nuestra armadura durante el día Por ello, la elección de la ropa en la mañana es una de sus partes favoritas del día. Para ir a la escuela prefiere ropa casual, pero cuando sale por lo general opta por algo más elegante. También le encanta añadir piezas originales a sus looks, es por eso que siempre compra algo diferente en cada uno de sus viajes. Marina cree que "la moda trae un poco de chispa a nuestras vidas".
