The Cowley Road Carnival

My brother came to visit last weekend and we had a blast. He left at 4am on Sunday after a great night out, so I was pretty tired all day. At around 1pm I managed to drag myself out of bed and walk to Cowley Road to get some food. When I got there I found myself in the middle of one of the biggest carnivals of the year: The Cowley Road Carnival. Lots of restaurants were selling their food on the street, people were really dressed up and a lot of DJs were playing (surprisingly) good music. I thought it was a good idea to walk around and take some paparazzi-style photos wearing my new PAAR lavender clutch and my new Custom Made Projects sunglasses. Do you like them?

Mi hermano vino a visitarme el fin de semana pasado y nos divertimos muchísimo. Se fué a las 4am del domingo después de una gran noche de fiesta, así que todo el día estuve cansadísima. A la 1pm me salí de la cama y decidí ir a buscar algo de comer a Cowley Road. Para mi sorpresa, me encontré en medio de uno de los carnavales más famosos del año: The Cowley Road Festival. Muchos restaurantes estaban vendiendo comida buenísima en la calle, había gente disfrazada y muchos DJs tocando buena música - cosa sorprendente en esta ciudad. Se me hizo buena idea caminar y tomar estas fotos estilo paparazzi usando mi nueva "clutch" color lavanda y mis nuevos lentes Custom Made Projects. ¿Les gustan?
