Music produced in Northern Europe has always been one of my favorites: it is daring and experimental, just like Little Dragon's musical style. Synthesizers and experimental sounds characterize this Swedish band that, although being around for several years, hadn't been widely "discovered" until its collaboration with Gorillaz. I personally catalogue Little Dragon's music style as "dream pop" and eclectic, producing songs that make you smile, or dance all night with your friends. Although "Machine Dreams" - the band's latest album- is pretty good, "Ritual Union" and "Little Dragon" are not far behind In terms of style: Yukimi Nagano, lead singer, who is also in charge of percussion, always manages to surprise with her fun outfits. I am sure you will wear something similar to Tropico, the upcoming festival in Acapulco, where Little Dragon will be performing. What will you be wearing? La música generada en el norte de Europa siempre ha sido de mis favoritas: se sale del contexto y se atreve a experimentar. Little Dragon no es la excepción - sintetizadores y sonidos experimentales caracterizan a esta banda Sueca que, aunque lleva ya varios años tocando, fue puesta en la mira gracias a su colaboración con Gorillaz. Considero su estilo como "dream pop" y ecléctico, con canciones que ponen de buenas y otras que hacen bailar y disfrutar con los amigos. Aunque su disco “Machine Dreams” es el más reciente y está bastante bueno, “Ritual Union” y “Little Dragon”, álbumes anteriores, no se quedan atrás. Yukimi Nagano, vocalista de la banda, además de cantar toca las percusiones y sus outfits son tan divertidos y originales, que seguro se te antojará ponerte algo similar en Trópico, el festival en donde próximamente se presentará Little Dragon. ¿Cómo será tu look para el festival?
