It's nice to see that Mexico is consolidating as a great place not only for concerts, but for music festivals. It makes sense, we have the best beaches, the best sunsets and the best party attitude. On December 7 we went to Tropico, an amazing music festival in Acapulco. Tropico is definitely one of the best festivals we have been to in a while. There was a combination of factors that made this festival such a success: few people, sun, sand and sea, great music and impeccable organization. In addition, compared to other festivals, people actually behaved really well - there were no tragedies, fights, no major complications, or massive queues to buy drinks. In general the atmosphere was chilled, packed with good vibes, and really respectful and happy. Not only we had the opportunity to enjoy Jawarma, Washed Out (one of the most surprising acts of the festival), Darkside and Little Dragon, but we also had the chance to sell our accessories and jewelry at "mercadito" a section devoted exclusively to support Mexican brands. Da gusto que por fin México se este consolidando como un gran lugar no solo para conciertos, si no para festivales musicales de varios días. Tiene sentido, tenemos las mejores playas, los mejores atardeceres y la mejor fiesta. El 7 de diciembre se llevo a cabo en Acapulco el festival Trópico, definitivamente uno de los mejores a los que hemos ido en mucho tiempo. Hubo una combinación de factores que hicieron que el festival fuera todo un éxito: poca gente, sol, arena y mar, buena música y una organización impecable. Ademas, en comparación con otros festivales, la gente realmente se comporto - no hubo tragedias, peleas, ni mayor complicación, las filas para comprar bebidas eran ordenadas, y en general el aire que se respiraba era un aire de pura buena onda, respeto y felicidad.
