Candy is a fashion and beauty blogger, a journalist specialized in metals, photographer, and film critic who recently graduated as a Fashion Stylist from the Complutense University in Madrid. She is also an occasional singer and makes spontaneous appearances once in a while. She always knew she would be a blogger, but back in the 90s the term, and technology, did not exist. Candy sought professional fulfillment through the written word and photography in magazines first, and later on through her blog and YouTube. She was one of the first Community Managers in Mexico, developing the first social network for a luxury brand in the country: MaxMara. She opened her first blog in 2006, in which she spoke of her thoughts and emotions. She is restless, wants to do everything and be everywhere at the same time, and El Diario de Candy has been the perfect vehicle for doing so. This year she plans to finalize the launch of her clothing and beauty products line, as well as opening the Alexander Foundation, which aims to help abused women and children in honor of her nephew, who died tragically at the age of 6. Candy es blogger de moda y belleza, periodista especializada en metal, fotógrafa, crítica de cine y recientemente se graduó como Fashion Stylist por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid.Tambien es cantante y a veces hace su aparición en uno que otro escenario. Siempre supo que sería blogger, pero en los 90's ese término no existía, ni siquiera las computadoras ni mucho menos el Internet. Así que buscó su realización profesional a través de la palabra escrita y la fotografía en revistas primero y cuando por fin la era cibernética hizo su aparición, a través de su blog y de YouTube. Fue de las primeras Community Managers en México, desarrollando las primeras redes sociales para una marca de lujo en el país: MaxMara. Abrió su primer blog en el año 2006, en el que hablaba de lo que su mente y sus emociones le dictaban. Candy es inquieta, quiere hacer todo y estar en todo al mismo tiempo y en El Diario de Candy ha encontrado el medio ideal para hacerlo. Este año planea concretar el lanzamiento de su línea de ropa y de artículos de belleza, así como abrir la Fundación Alexander para ayudar a niños y mujeres maltratados en honor a su sobrino, quien a los 6 años falleció de forma trágica.
