Josefono is a Mexican musician, producer and DJ who began his formal musical career in 2011. Since then, he has played for some of Mexico's coolest venues, including Leonor, Rhodesia, Walther, Hotel El Ganso, Sirilo, Privé, Lobby, and for the International Film Festival of Morelia. His interest in mixing began when he was studying Audio Engineering and Production in Fullsail University in Orlando. During his time in Florida, he had the opportunity to interact with a lot of musicians and DJs, which motivated him to buy a mixer and CDJ 's and start practicing. Josefono has knowledge on various music genres, and this allows him to come up with really good mashups and live productions. He likes to mix music ranging from the 60's to contemporary music, and his main goal is is to present new concepts and be a key player in reviving and spreading good music in Mexico. Josefono has shared the stage with the likes of Jack Thomas, La Royale, Bufi, Dengue Dengue Dengue! and Juan Soto. As for fashion, he defines his style as authentic: "I love the fashion world and I feel that what people choose to wear is synonymous of what they want to express to others." His favorite brand is Springfield because it has a lot of variety and is really accessible. With regard to male fashion, Josefono thinks that Mexicans "needs to open their eyes a little more and realize that there are many brands out there. I think Mexicans are often afraid of change." If he could be the live DJ of a fashion show it would be the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, but on the beach. "Victoria's Secret has never done their show on a beach. I think I am going to suggest this idea to them!" says Josefono. If he could give advice to young people who want to engage in the music business he would encouraged them to do what they are most passionate about. "There is nothing better in life than to dedicate yourself to doing what you like and what you're good at" he says. "I also recommend people not to get be carried away by what others say. There are more important things to worry about, people shouldn't worry about stupid things like money." In ten years, Josefono sees himself having a successful studio where he can record and produce. He also sees himself performing in various parts of the world. His favorite film is Cinema Paradiso and his favorite place in the world is Japan for being so advanced in terms of education, culture and lifestyle. Desde entonces se ha dedicado a tocar en losmejores venues de México, incluyendo el Leonor, Rhodesia, Walther, Hotel El Ganso, Sirilo, Privé, Lobby, y el Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia. Su inquietud por mezclar inició cuando estudiaba la carrera de Ingeniería y Producción en Audio en Fullsail University en Orlando. Durante su tiempo en Florida, tuvo la oportunidad de relacionarse con una gran cantidad de músicos y DJs, los cuales lo motivaron a comprarse un Mixer y CDJ's y empezar a mezclar. Josefono tiene conocimiento sobre varios géneros musicales, y eso le permite hacer buenísimos mashups y pequeñas producciones en vivo. Le gusta mezclar desde música de los 60's hasta música contemporánea, y su meta principal es es dar a conocer nuevos conceptos, y ser un actor clave en difundir y revivir la buena música en México. Josefono ha compartido el escenario con figuras como Thomas Jack, La Royale, Bufi, Dengue Dengue Dengue! y Juan Soto. En cuanto a moda, define su estilo como autentico: "Me gusta mucho el mundo de la moda y siento que lo que la gente decide ponerse es sinónimo de lo que le quiere expresar a los demás." Su marca favorita es Springfield porque tiene de todo y es accesible. Con respecto a moda para hombre, Josefono piensa que a México "le hace falta que la gente abra un poco mas los ojos y se de cuenta que hay muchas marcas allá afuera. Creo que es miedo al cambio." Si pudiera tocar para un desfile, le gustaría que fuera el Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, pero en la Playa. "Victoria's Secret nunca ha hecho su desfile en una playa, se los voy a proponer", dice Josefono. Si pudiera darle un consejo a los jóvenes que quieren dedicarse a la música seria que se animaran a hacer lo que mas les apasiona. "No hay nada mejor en la vida que dedicarte a hacer lo que te gusta y a lo que eres bueno", dice. "También les recomiendo que no se dejen llevar por lo que digan los demás. Hay cosas mas importantes que preocuparse por estupideces como el dinero." En diez años, Josefono se ve a si mismo teniendo un estudio de grabación exitoso, y produciendo y tocando en varias partes del mundo. Su película favorita es Cinema Paradiso y su lugar favorito en el mundo es Japón por ser tan avanzado en términos de educación, cultura y estilo de vida.
